The Wellness Center at Charlotte Regional Medical Center Adds New Instructors and Aerobics Classes

PUNTA GORDA, FL (October 17, 2013) – The Wellness Center at Charlotte Regional Medical Center recently beefed up its aerobics class schedule with several new and exciting classes and instructors.

All Wellness Center members can now take advantage of the following: Pilates with Marianne Hicks; SilverSneakers Classic with Marianne Hicks; SilverSneakers Cardio with Cindy Brehse; Chi Balance with Pete Gaylord; and Zumba with Bernadette Serafini.

These new classes join their already robust line-up including classes titled: Body Parts; Body Pump; Fit Over 50; Hatha Yoga; Iyengar Yoga; Muscle Chaos; Parkinson’s; Sculpt and Tone; and Self Defense Circuit Training.

The Wellness Center provides complimentary memberships to participants of the award-winning Healthways SilverSneakers® Fitness Program and the Prime® Fitness program. The SilverSneakers program is available to Medicare beneficiaries through many Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement carriers, and group retiree plans. In addition to the fitness classes, members also receive health education seminars, online support classes and program advisors.
