PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. (Oct. 14, 2015) – Bayfront Health Punta Gorda is hosting a Joint and Spine Symposium from 12:15 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Oct. 21 at the Bayfront Health Punta Gorda Medical Office Plaza, 4th floor conference room, 713 E. Marion Ave., Punta Gorda.
At this free event, a panel of local experts will discuss advancements in a variety of joint and spine surgeries and provide information on the Bayfront Health Joint & Spine Academy program. This program provides joint replacement and spinal surgery patients with a team of exceptional surgeons and clinicians dedicated to knowing, anticipating and delivering care that highlights wellness and maximizes the patient recovery effort through education, a culture of early mobility, family involvement and group interaction.
